Speak with the Traveler Near Lookout Landing

A traveler resting on the road east of Lookout Landing describes a waterfall shrine she spotted while fleeing monsters. She says the waterfall is on the eastern face of the canyon wall near Hyrule Ridge and that the entrance glows faintly behind the curtain of water. Accept her account and note the location on your Purah Pad map.

Locate the Hidden Waterfall

Head east from Lookout Landing along the canyon rim until you hear a waterfall. The shrine's faint orange glow is visible through the mist on the canyon wall. Equip a water-resistant meal or elixir if you plan to swim — the pool at the waterfall's base is deep and cold. The entrance is directly behind the main curtain of falling water.

Redirect the Water Flow with Ultrahand

The waterfall is fed by a Zonai aqueduct above. Climb the cliff beside the waterfall to reach the aqueduct channel. Use Ultrahand to rotate the stone diverter gate 90 degrees, redirecting the water flow away from the cave entrance. The waterfall stops and the shrine door becomes fully accessible. The gate clicks into place and glows orange when correctly positioned.

Complete the Shrine and Claim the Blessing

Enter the Ri'ogok Shrine and complete the internal puzzle — a short Ultrahand challenge involving flowing water channels and rotating platforms that echoes the outdoor mechanic used to find it. Speak with Rauru's spirit at the altar to receive a Light of Blessing. The shrine serves as a permanent fast-travel point for this section of the canyon.
