Meet Hudson at the Tarrey Town Construction Site
Find Hudson in Tarrey Town, looking exhausted. He explains the town needs four specialist residents to reach its full potential: a Goron mason to build stone structures, a Rito merchant to establish an airborne trade route, a Gerudo tailor to open a clothing shop, and a Zora architect to design the waterway system. Each specialist must be recruited personally — they will not travel without a face-to-face invitation from someone they respect.

Recruit the Goron Mason and Rito Merchant
Travel to Goron City and find the mason Greyson, who agrees to come if Link helps him move a large boulder blocking his forge entrance first. Clear the boulder with Ultrahand and Greyson packs immediately. For the Rito merchant, visit Rito Village and find Fyson on a lower platform — he needs Link to deliver a message to his business partner in Hateno Village before he can leave. Complete the short delivery to secure Fyson's agreement.

Recruit the Gerudo Tailor and Zora Architect
The Gerudo tailor Rhondson's cousin Vilia is in Gerudo Town and agrees instantly — she has always wanted to see the north and open a desert fashion shop. The Zora architect Dento is harder to convince: he is building a decorative waterfall at Zora's Domain and needs three Luminous Stones to complete it before he can leave. Gather the stones from nearby ore deposits and bring them to unlock Dento's agreement.

Attend the Town Completion Ceremony
Return to Tarrey Town after all four specialists have arrived. Hudson has organized a town completion ceremony with all residents gathering in the main square. The celebration includes Rhondson and Hudson renewing their vows at the original ceremony spot, now surrounded by a fully built town. Rewards include access to Tarrey Town's full shop roster (including rare Gerudo and Zora goods) plus shop discounts on all Hudson Construction purchases.
