Remember — if a shrine gives Rauru's Blessing with no puzzle inside, the real challenge was reaching the entrance. Check the surrounding area!

Walkthrough

1. Rising Device.
2. A platform must be raised to the upper level where the altar sits.
3. Use Ultrahand to attach a large balloon to the top surface of the platform.
4. Then attach a flame emitter to the balloon's bottom-facing port — the flame heats the air inside the balloon and provides lift.
5. Activate the emitter and board the platform as it rises.
6. Steer gently with Ultrahand to keep it centered beneath the upper opening.
7. When the platform reaches the upper level, step off onto the altar platform before the balloon cools and it descends.
8. A chest on the upper level holds a Gerudo Shield.
