All Skyview Towers Guide — Every Location & How to Unlock
Skyview Towers are the primary map-revelation mechanic in TotK. Activating each tower reveals the surrounding map region AND launches Link into the sky — the main method for reaching Sky Islands and starting glides across Hyrule. There are 15 Skyview Towers total.
How Skyview Towers Work
- Approach the tower and interact with the terminal
- Link is launched upward
- The surrounding map region is revealed on the Purah Pad
- The tower becomes a fast travel point
- You can return anytime and relaunch
Launch height: Most towers launch to roughly 300-400 meters — enough to reach nearby Sky Islands and start long glides. Some towers launch higher (Ulri Mountain, Rospro Pass).
Usage tip: You can use towers endlessly — return and relaunch for free height gain at any time. This is the most efficient way to gain altitude repeatedly.
