Find the Horned Statue in Lookout Landing
The mysterious horned statue is located inside Lookout Landing, tucked in a small alcove in the lower level of the settlement. It resembles the demon statues found across Hyrule. Interacting with it triggers the statue to speak — it offers to purchase one of your heart containers or stamina vessels in exchange for 100 Rupees, then sell it back for 120 Rupees to transfer upgrades between stat types.

Complete the Statue's Trial
The statue requests you first prove yourself by locating a hidden shrine it reveals on your map — a nearby shrine that has been sealed by corrupted energy. Travel to the marked location, clear the enemies guarding the shrine entrance, and activate the shrine. This short trial confirms your capability before the statue offers its full respec service.

Receive the Respec Service
After completing the trial and returning to the statue, it formally opens its exchange service. Pay 100 Rupees to sell a heart container or stamina vessel back to the statue, then pay 120 Rupees to buy the opposite upgrade type. This costs 220 Rupees net per swap. The service is available permanently afterward and is the only way to freely convert between hearts and stamina mid-game.
