Maren's Tip

Remember — if a shrine gives Rauru's Blessing with no puzzle inside, the real challenge was reaching the entrance. Check the surrounding area!

Walkthrough

1. Step 1: This is a Rauru's Blessing shrine unlocked by completing the "Eldin Canyon Sky Mine" crystal quest.
2. Travel to the mine shaft located north of Akkala, near the border with the Eldin region.
3. The green crystal floats on a sky island approximately 50 meters above the mine shaft entrance.
4. Step 2: Build a vertical launch device using Zonai components found at the nearby Zonai device dispenser.
5. Attach two Zonai Fans to a flat platform pointing downward to create an updraft vehicle, or use a single Zonai Rocket attached to a board for a faster but less controlled ascent.
6. Activate the device and ride it upward to the crystal's altitude.
7. Step 3: Grab the green crystal with Ultrahand once you reach it.
8. You can either carry it down carefully using your Paraglider (hold it while gliding) or simply throw it off the sky island toward the mine platform below — the crystal is indestructible and will not break from the fall.
9. Step 4: Place the crystal into the glowing green receptacle on the mine platform.
10. The shrine materializes with a flash of green light beside the receptacle.
11. Step 5: Enter the shrine and walk directly to the altar for Rauru's Blessing — no puzzle or combat awaits inside.
12. Hidden chest: Inside the shrine, a chest to the left of the entrance path contains a Zonaite Spear.
13. Ability needed: Ultrahand is required to grab and place the crystal.
14. Paraglider is essential for safe descent.
15. Pro tip: If you lack Zonai devices, look for the natural updraft column that appears periodically from the mine shaft — ride it with your Paraglider to reach the crystal without building anything.
