Meet Kass's Daughters in Rito Village

Travel to Rito Village on Lake Totori in the Hebra region (after solving the Colgera blizzard). Kass's five daughters are practicing music in their home on the upper level. They explain that their father Kass was a traveling accordion musician who composed song fragments inspired by the Ancient Songs of the shrines. He disappeared before returning home, leaving his sheet music scattered across Hyrule.

Collect Sheet Music in the First Two Regions

The first fragment is tucked in a hollow log near the Riverside Stable in Central Hyrule — search fallen trees east of the stable. The second is inside a cave in the Lanayru region near Zora's Domain, on a stone ledge above a waterfall. Both sheets have Kass's distinctive notation style: accordion chord progressions above lyric fragments in an old Hylian script.

Collect Sheet Music in the Remaining Three Regions

Fragment three is at Gerudo Canyon Stable, pinned under a rock outside the western stable wall — easily missed. Fragment four is hidden in the Eldin Canyon area, inside a supply box at the Foothill Stable. The fifth and final fragment is in a chest at Snowfield Stable in deep Hebra — the most remote location. The chest is frozen; use a fire arrow or Flint strike to thaw it.

Return the Sheet Music to Rito Village

Bring all five fragments to Kass's daughters. They arrange the fragments into a complete song — Kass had been secretly composing one last song about Princess Zelda's courage, which he planned to perform for her. The daughters perform the completed song together. They reward Link with a Silver Rupee (100 Rupees) and the complete Kass's Song collection, which adds all six Ancient Songs to your journal.
