Arrive at Rito Village and Learn About Tulin
Fly or climb to Rito Village, which is encased in a worsening blizzard spawned by the massive storm above Hebra. Speak with Teba, the veteran warrior, who is deeply worried. His son Tulin, eager to prove himself, has flown alone into the storm's heart to investigate and has not returned. Teba asks Link to find Tulin before the storm intensifies further.

Climb Through the Hebra Blizzard
Head north from Rito Village into the Hebra Mountain range, fighting through biting wind and reduced visibility. Tulin can be found partway up the mountain clinging to a ledge or fending off monsters alone. Cold-resistant gear such as Snowquill armor or warming elixirs is essential to survive the climb without constant health loss.

Reach Tulin and Unlock His Wind Ability
Find Tulin under attack by a flock of aeralfos or Gibdos drawn out by the storm. Fight alongside him to defeat the enemies threatening him. After the battle, Tulin formally introduces himself and, grateful for the backup, agrees to travel with Link as a companion. He demonstrates his wind-gust ability, which allows Link to glide farther and faster.
