Find Misko's Third Journal

The final Misko journal is hidden inside a small cave on the western face of Hebra Peak, northwest of Rito Village. Equip the full Snowquill Armor set or cook Spicy Peppers dishes before traveling — the Hebra region experiences Level 2 cold, which is lethal without protection. The cave entrance is partially obscured by a snowdrift and marked by an old campfire ring outside.

Decipher the Final Riddle

The third journal reads: "In the land where frost turns even stones to glass, seek the cave behind the twin pillars of ice. The helm of the berserker awaits where the ceiling weeps frozen tears." This cryptic verse points to a specific ice cave on Hebra's northern face, between two large natural ice formations that resemble pillars when viewed from the valley below.

Navigate the Ice-Block Puzzle

Inside the frozen cave, ice blocks of varying sizes fill the passage and block the inner chamber. Use Ultrahand to move and rotate the ice blocks, clearing a path forward. Some blocks must be stacked vertically to bridge gaps, and others must be slid along the icy floor to redirect flow. The cave temperature causes slight controller ice — Link cannot hold most items bare-handed, making Ultrahand's no-contact mechanics essential.

Claim the Barbarian Helm

At the cave's innermost chamber, a frozen chest sits on an ice pedestal with Misko's insignia carved into the base. Use a fire arrow or a torch weapon to melt the ice sealing the chest. Open it to receive the Barbarian Helm — the final piece of the Barbarian set. With all three pieces (Armor, Leg Wraps, Helm), you unlock the set bonus: Charge Attack Stamina Up, the most potent attack enhancement in early-to-mid game play.
