Maren's Tip

Remember — if a shrine gives Rauru's Blessing with no puzzle inside, the real challenge was reaching the entrance. Check the surrounding area!

Walkthrough

1. Step 1: A wide lava pit separates entry from altar.
2. Metal rails span the gap, and a mine cart sits at the wrong angle — wheels misaligned with the track.
3. Step 2: Use Ultrahand to rotate the cart so its wheels align with the rails.
4. Lower it gently — a click confirms the wheels locked into the grooves.
5. Step 3: Open the supply chest on the entry platform (left wall) for a Zonai Fan.
6. Attach the fan to the back of the cart using Fuse, facing backward so thrust pushes the cart forward.
7. Step 4: Board the cart and strike the fan with any weapon to activate it.
8. The cart propels across the lava pit on the rails.
9. Stay centered during the crossing.
10. Step 5: Dismount at the altar platform and claim the Light of Blessing.
11. Hidden chest: Midway across, a small rocky island sits right of the rail path with a chest containing a Fire Resistance Elixir recipe.
12. Jump off the cart to reach it, but you will need Recall on the cart to get back on track.
13. Ability needed: Ultrahand (positioning) and Fuse (attaching the fan).
14. Pro tip: Attach a Zonai Rocket instead of a fan for a 2-second crossing — though you will have less time to grab the midway chest.
